The Best Skin Care Routine for Melasma

  • Moisturiser- Look for a moisturizer with vitamin C, hydroquinone, or cysteamine. All of these ingredients help with lightening the dark spots caused by Melasma. 
  • Sunscreen- Sun and light exposure is the most common reason for melasma. Sunscreen is one of the most important skincare steps as it will protect your skin from sun damage, which keeps the discoloration down. Note to apply sunscreen every 2 hours.
